Highly recommend!
We switched to working with Faune after we were unhappy with our first realtor. We live far away from our property and she was highly professional, knew the market and led us in the right direction to sell our house quickly even after a lengthy time on the market. Her communication is great, attention to detail, and priced our house right to get us a good price and get it sold! Cant recommend working with Faune more.

Amazing Agent, Even Better Human, Would Recommend 10/10
Faune was an incredibly empathetic, helpful, insightful, and deliberate agent. She helped us find our ideal home, was never pushy, and coordinated a process that made buying our home easy. We have recommended her to many of our friends, and they are all happy too. We are so grateful we were able to work with her to find and secure our home. Yes, she's the one you want to work with.

Faune sold two properties for my family. I wish I had more properties for her to sell! Her knowledge, communication and professionalism are all top notch! Even when there was a problem, she had multiple solutions. Would recommend her in a heart beat!!

Faune is Amazing
Faune did a great job of helping me find and buy a great home. She worked with me to narrow down the area I was looking for and finding houses that were potential fits for me. When it was time to put in an offer she was very helpful in walking me through the process and did a great job of making my offer stand out in a competitive market. She also did an awesome job recommending inspectors and finding a contractor to do some very last minute work needed for the loan approval. From start to finish she was great. She's super nice and easy to work with, would highly recommend!

Faune is the best!
I worked with Faune Benson in selling my home and also the purchase of my new home. Just say that she was a saint is an understatement. She is very knowledgeable houses, structure, things to be concerned or what is special about the home. She also uses very professional people to help you assess and inspect your home. The one thing I appreciated was she let me know at each step what to expect and what to come next. Personally Faune is patient, kind understanding and a calming force. I recommend her very much as a realtor.

Our home sold in just a few days after being listed! Then she helped us find our dream home. She made the process fun, easy and we are beyond thrilled.
